Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of the product, LifeCup is not able to provide a refund unless the product is proven to be defective or faulty.
Learning to use your Life Cup does require practice and patience. To ensure you are using your cup correctly a, please be sure to visit our Using Life Cup page.
We do not offer refunds due to change of mind.
In the case that the item is defective or faulty, the items will need to be returned within 48 hours of originally receiving the product. Once returned you will be entitled to a full refund which will not include the cost of the return postage.
The items must be returned in original, unused condition including all packaging, parts and manuals. Should any items be used or missing we will not offer a refund.
As such, in the event of returning do to the event of a product fault. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian consumer law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Before returning the item to sender, ensure you email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org with a description of the defect/ fault to discuss further.
All shipping costs associated with returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns Terms and Guidelines:
- All returned items must be unused condition with original packaging and all items included
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- All returns are to be sent in secure packaging with a trackable service. We do not hold responsibility for any items being return to us being damaged or lost during transit.
- Returns are only to be sent after contacting us via email. If returns are sent without prior contact/ assessment you may not be entitled to a refund.
